This report is the eleventh quarterly update from the Kiwis Count survey. The update is a 1-page PDF document and an interactive workbook of results. These can be downloaded from the ‘Related resources’ section on the right.
The December 2014 Service Quality Score was 73 for the third successive quarter. The experience of trust figure remained the same as the previous quarter (77%) and the perception of trust figure dropped two percentage points on the previous quarter’s result to 43%.
The quarterly information included in the reports draws on the experience of 1,209 New Zealanders who completed Kiwis Count between July 2014 and December 2014.
