This paper presents staffing information (as at 30 June 2003) provided to the State Services Commission by Public Service departments. The information comes from the Human Resource Capability (HRC) survey, which gathers anonymous unit-record data on staff1 in Public Service departments. The survey includes a wide range of information relevant to Human Resource (HR) management and Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO).
