The Kiwis Count survey has provided a detailed baseline for satisfaction and trust in public services in New Zealand. However, in order to realise its full value and to meet the milestones set for the Development Goals, State servants collectively need to act on the results of the survey and make service improvements that show we are listening to the views of New Zealanders. SSC is planning to carry out a further Kiwis Count survey in 2009 to measure whether satisfaction with and trust in services have improved.
