35 The SSC will shortly begin preparing reports on individual departments. These will incorporate a set of standard indicators, such as those presented in this paper, as well as exception reporting in those areas where the department has been found to be an outlier when compared with other departments or the labour force. These customised reports will be made available to Ministers on request.
